These terms cover the use of this website and the consultations booked through it.

What is being provided
Sukon Med provides remote physiotherapy consultation: assessment of a musculoskeletal problem, an explanation of the likely cause, and an exercise and lifestyle programme. It is a professional opinion delivered at a distance, not in-person treatment.
Booking and payment
Consultations are paid for in US dollars at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment clears and you have received a time from the clinic.
Rescheduling and refunds
You can reschedule once at no charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded. If the consultation cannot go ahead for a reason on our side, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Your responsibilities
The advice you receive depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. Give a complete history, share the reports you have, and tell us about any diagnosis, medication or surgery relevant to your case.
Stop any exercise that causes sharp or worsening pain and tell us.
Limits
We do not provide emergency care, prescriptions, imaging requests, sick notes, or medico-legal reports.
Nothing here creates a guarantee of a particular outcome. Recovery depends on your condition, your adherence to the programme, and factors outside anyone's control.
