Privacy policy
This policy explains what Sukon Med collects when you use this website or book a consultation, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This page is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not rely on it as legal advice.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the consultation you chose, and the time you selected.
When you send reports on WhatsApp: the clinical information you choose to share — imaging, reports, symptoms, and medication.
When you browse: standard server logs and, if you accept them, anonymous analytics about which pages are visited. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To deliver and follow up on the consultation you booked, to take payment for it, and to keep the clinical record that professional practice requires.
Who else sees it
Payment is processed by our payment provider, who receives your payment details directly — we never see your full card number.
Scheduling and video calls run on third-party platforms that hold your name, email and appointment time under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share clinical information with anyone without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for as long as professional record-keeping standards require. Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@sukonmed.com and we will respond within thirty days.
